Help

We want every user of the platform to quickly get used to it and start making a profit. The support team will help you understand the functionality and here we have collected answers to the main questions that may arise when starting work.

How do crowdinvesting platforms work? What are the benefits?

The platform brings together small private investors and businesses that need funding. In essence, investors “credit” entrepreneurs jointly. For investors, this is an opportunity for a simple start in investing. The entry threshold is low enough so that you can start with just 10 euros. Moreover, the work process is simple and automated. For businesses, such platforms are also the most convenient and profitable. Companies quickly receive money without collateral and with an interest rate below the bank rate. Verification and selection of business projects are carried out by a platform's financial analyst and a risk manager.

What projects can be invested in?

We find reliable projects with a simple and understandable business model. These include lending, pawn shops, car pawn shops, car leasing, and residential and commercial real estate. Our team of analysts has extensive expertise and experience in these areas. We understand all the internal processes and can qualitatively assess the project's current state.

What documents are needed from the investor for verification?

For verification, you need an identity document and a camera on your computer or smartphone.

How can I deposit and withdraw funds?

You can fund your account with a bank transfer. You can withdraw funds to either a bank account or credit card.

How are transactions made legally?

The platform has a public offer that you can review before placing a deposit. Your investment transactions can only be made with acceptance of the platform's terms of use. When making an investment, the platform creates a personal assignment agreement for you.

What is the procedure for interest payment?

Interest payment conditions for each investment transaction may differ. The investor's account displays a list of transactions with clear conditions. It can be paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually or at the end of the term.

How do we prevent fraud?

Our team of financial analysts and risk managers carefully evaluates each project based on a range of criteria. We select projects with a long track record, clear ownership structure, and profitable model. We only finance business projects that are already profitable, and company owners bear personal responsibility for meeting obligations. Additionally, we strictly adhere to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures, ensuring the security and integrity of the investment process. These measures help us create a reliable and transparent environment for all platform participants, minimizing fraud risks and ensuring long-term mutually beneficial cooperation.

How much can you start investing?

You can start with as little as 10 euros – the entry threshold is as low as possible. Then, you can check how everything works right now: register an account, fund it with 10–100 euros, check interest payments, withdraw funds, etc. But to start receiving tangible profits from investing, we recommend investing at least 1,000 euros, preferably 10,000 euros.

What are the investor's risks?

There are always risks. Investing involves risk. Therefore, to minimize them, we recommend diversifying deposits and distributing your capital among several investment projects: real estate, securities, cryptocurrency, etc. Thanks to our crowdfunding platform, you can invest small amounts of money in different transactions and be confident in the companies you cooperate with. Our team of analysts attentively chooses projects for your investment. We focus only on those business areas in which we have high expertise and experience.
